Glacier County Library Cards are available free of charge to all Tri-County residents.
There is a non-refundable fee of $20.00 for those out of this area, and a refundable fee of $20.00 for temporary residents.
Applicants must show picture identification with a current address, in order to borrow items. If a current address is not showing on the picture ID, a piece of mail received through the USPS, at a local permanent address will be accepted. Individuals under 18 may obtain a "Student Card" by having a parent or legal guardian sign their application.
There is a probation period of two months for first-time users. During this time, there is a loan limit of three items per card.
Types of Library Cards:
Adult - individuals 18 and older.
Student - individuals under 18.
Family - for use by your entire family.
Teacher - to check out materials for classroom use.
